At OGAO.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in packaging and delivering quality flower seeds, vegetable seeds, plants, pots, and planters. Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The product delivered does not match the order placed
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Opened or used seeds
Live plants after delivery (due to their perishable nature)
Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged or incorrect)
Seeds & Plants Disclaimer
Seeds and plants are natural products. Germination, growth, and plant health depend on soil, weather, watering, sunlight, and care practices. Therefore:
We do not guarantee germination or growth results
Variation in plant size, color, or appearance is normal
Minor transit stress to live plants does not qualify as damage
Return Process
To request a return or exchange:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
Share order number, clear photos/videos, and issue details
Our team will review and respond within 2–3 working days
Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging.
Return Shipping
If the mistake is from our side (wrong or damaged item), return shipping will be covered by OGAO.pk
If the return is due to customer preference or incorrect order placement, return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer (no cash refunds)
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Refund processing may take 5–10 working days after approval
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability
If the requested item is out of stock, store credit will be provided instead
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible
