Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
Live plants are dispatched according to weather and safety conditions to ensure plant health
Delivery Time
Major cities: 2–4 working days
Other cities & remote areas: 3–7 working days
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver all over Pakistan through reliable courier partners.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location
Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed before order confirmation
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available in selected areas
Customers must provide a valid phone number and complete address for COD orders
Our team may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch
Packaging
Seeds are packed securely to maintain quality
Plants are carefully packed to minimize transit stress
Pots and planters are protected with proper cushioning to prevent damage during delivery
Delivery Issues
If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
Damaged or broken items
Incorrect or missing products
Package tampering
Clear photos or videos will be required for verification.
Delayed or Failed Delivery
Delays caused by incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability are not the responsibility of OGAO.pk
Re-dispatch or re-shipping costs may apply in such cases
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp (where available), allowing you to monitor delivery status.
