Description
An old variety from Italy, originating in the Albenga region. Orange-pink, pear-shaped fruit weighing 250 grams to 1 kg, with a pronounced ribbing along the entire body. Dense, juicy flesh with a sweet, mild flavor. A vigorous and productive plant. Produces until the first frost.
Sow from January to March in a greenhouse, or from April to May in a cold frame or in the ground. Transplant when the plant has 3 or 4 leaves between April and June at a distance of 80 cm x 80 cm. Tie the plants up to support them. Water generously and regularly, avoiding wetting the leaves.
